The approach by telephone, e-mail, FAX, and etc., is rather than the business approach, but the minimum required communication to provide appropriate introductions of the properties. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance.Our dedicated staff will provide the customers/ members the property information based on customers/ members needs and requirements. We will use the telephone, e-mail, FAX, documents, private page (My Page) of the Website etc.

Regard to the listings, please confirm the following points accordingly.

Property- Lease/ Rent Information

  • Completion anticipation may be different from the actual situation of completion in terms of outside facility, planting, outside appearance.
  • In the case of CG images, it may be different from the actual completion.
  • If the layout and actual situation have differences, please base on/ refer to the actual situations.
  • We will provide the latest property information as much as possible, but please kindly understand if the listing has already closed.
  • If the listing is introduced in “agent/broker” transaction type, when the property is contracted, the commission and consumption tax related to it will be charged separately.
