10. Shared Usage of Personal Information

We will not share personal information with other companies.

12. Disclosure of Personal Information

Our Company will disclose the personal information to the customer himself/ herself without delay when requested by the customer himself / herself.

15. Optionality of Personal Information Provision and Impact to Customers

Whether to provide personal information to Our Company is optional for the customer himself / herself. However, if you are unable to provide personal information, or if the personal information you provide is incorrect, we may not be able to provide the information or services you want.

  • Provide to Other Real Estate Agent Company
    In order to widely attract selling prospective customers, we may provide personal information of the customer's address, name, and real estate property related information to other real estate agents.
  • Internet Advertisement Publisher, Organization
    In order to widely attract selling prospective customers, we may provide personal information of the customer's address, name, and real estate property related information to Internet advertising publisher or organization.
  • Designated Distribution Organization
    When Our Company concludes a mediation agreement upon request for sale, we will register the property information on real estate designated distribution organization in order to explore the opportunity of sale. The registered property information and information of seller's name, address, etc.will be provided to the real estate agents with the potential purchasers.
    In the case that the contract is established, the contracted date, price etc will be notified to the designated distribution organization.
    The Designated Distribution Organization will use property information and contract information which does not include the name of the seller / buyer for the work of the same organizations prescribed in Articles 50-3 and 50-7 of the Real Estate Transaction Law. Some of these include providing information to member companies and organizations of the designated distribution agencies via electronic data etc.
    We will provide information of property provided by Designated Distribution Organization based on Article 50-3 of the Real Estate Transaction Law to buyers.
    The contract information received from the Designated Distribution Organization under Article 50-3 of the Real Estate Transaction Law or the contract information obtained by the sale and purchase transaction involving Our Company prescribed in Article 34-2, Paragraph 2 of the Real Estate Transaction Law, will be provided to the client of Our Company.
  • Real Estate Investigation Organization
    Personal information such as the address, name, property summary etc of the customer may be provided to the real estate investigation institutions below.
    • Building investigation institution, remodeling company etc. for the purpose of surveying and diagnosing the structure and facilities etc. of buildings
    • Investigation of the presence or absence of soil pollution, soil contamination investigation institution etc. which conducts diagnosis / countermeasure construction etc.
    • Evaluation organizations aimed at real estate appraisal etc. (However, these organization will process and procure the property so that the property can not be identified).
  • Loan Related Financial Institutions
    In the case when the customer uses a mortgage loan etc., personal information such as the address, name, date of birth, property information, income amount etc. of the customer described in various application forms including prior consultation may be provided to the financial institution.
  • Credit Information Institutions
    We may provide personal information such as the address, name etc. of the customer to the credit information institutions as necessary credit investigation of the applicant who wishes to live in.
